signfellas.co.uk content, including the information, names, images, pictures, logos and icons regarding or relating to itsastickup.co.uk, its products and services (or to third party products and services), is provided "AS IS" and on an "IS AVAILABLE" basis without any representations or any kind of warranty made (whether express or implied by law) to the extent permitted by law, including the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.
Under no circumstances will signfellas.co.uk liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses where foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise): (a) loss of data; (b) loss of revenue or anticipated profits; (c) loss of business; (d) loss of opportunity; (e) loss of goodwill or injury to reputation; (f) losses suffered by third parties; or (g) any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of signfellas.co.uk regardless of the form of action.
signfellas.co.uk does not warrant that functions contained in signfellas.co.uk content will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that signfellas.co.uk or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs.
Intellectual Property
The names, images and logos identifying signfellas.co.uk or third parties and their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trade marks of signfellas.co.uk and/or third parties. Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel or otherwise any licence or right to use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of signfellas.co.uk, or any other third party.
Contributions to signfellas.co.uk
Where you are invited to submit any contribution to signfellas.co.uk (including any text, photographs or graphics) you agree, by submitting your contribution, to grant signfellas.co.uk a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licenseable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, make available to the public, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to your contribution worldwide and/or to incorporate your contribution in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in your contribution, and in accordance with privacy restrictions set out in the signfellas.co.uk's Privacy Policy. If you do not want to grant signfellas.co.uk the rights set out above, please do not submit your contribution to signfellas.co.uk.
Further, by submitting your contribution to signfellas.co.uk, you:
- Warrant that your contribution is your own original work and that you have the right to make it available to signfellas.co.uk for all the purposes specified above;
- is not defamatory;
- and does not infringe any law; and
- indemnify the signfellas.co.uk against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by the signfellas.co.uk as a result of your breach of the above warranty; and waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on signfellas.co.uk and the purposes specified above.
Due to the nature of the internet and the undesirable users who unfortunately make use of it, we will not publish nor make available images of children of any age. We recommend to all our customers not to use images of their children on their wheelie bins. But would rather they be used to personalise items within the home. For example; toy boxes, wardrobe or bedroom doors etc.
About the law:
You may not submit any defamatory or illegal material of any nature to signfellas.co.uk, whether it be text or graphics. Contributing material with the intention of committing or promoting an illegal act is strictly prohibited. You agree to only submit materials which are your own original work. You must not violate, plagiarise, or infringe the rights of third parties including copyright, trade mark, trade secrets, privacy, publicity, personal or proprietary rights.
General
If there is any conflict between these terms and specific terms appearing elsewhere on signfellas.co.uk then the latter shall prevail. If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable. These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Delivery Policy
We aim to deliver all orders to UK mainland addresses within 7 to 14 working days from receipt of payment, however (Your Image) products may be on an extended delivery period. Will always advise you of this and await your acceptance before proceeding with your order. We will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver your goods within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If you do not receive your goods within the stated delivery period please contact us.
If your order is urgent please let us know and we will make a special effort to ensure that your order is despatched as soon as possible. Standard delivery is free for all orders within mainland UK and Northern Ireland. For all orders outside of the UK, please select the appropriate shipping region from our small range of option. You will not be able to complete your purchase until you have chosen one of the shipping options.
signfellas.co.uk relies upon the services of the Royal Mail. There are unfortunately a few occasions when they fail to perform the service that they are required to. Though this happens rarely, it does occur, and we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.
On receipt of the goods please inspect carefully for damage. Any damages should be advised via our contact us page within 24 hours of receipt to avoid additional charges.

Cancellation, Returns and Refunds Policy
You may cancel the order at any time within seven (7) days of receiving the goods without any liability to signfellas.co.uk except any direct cost incurred by us in relation to the Product being returned and we will refund to you any part of the price that we have received, provided that the product is returned to us undamaged and in the original packaging. itsastickup.co.uk will offer a refund or provide a replacement of equivalent quality and price but delivery charges may not be refundable and a returned goods charge may apply. We may not provide a replacement free of delivery charge. The Cancellation, Returns and Refunds Policy is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights. If you would like to cancel your order or return any unsatisfactory product for a replacement or refund in the above circumstances, please let us know by using our Contact Us page we may then ask you to return the goods to our address at the bottom of this page.
If you would like to cancel an order, all correspondence should be clearly marked with REQUEST TO CANCEL ORDER. If you would like to arrange for the exchange of a product, all correspondence should be clearly marked with REQUEST TO EXCHANGE PRODUCTS. If you require a refund or replacement of part or the whole of your order, in accordance with our cancellations and returns policy, please make sure that you keep the unsatisfactory products safe, in their original packaging, and store them in an appropriate way so that they can be returned in the same condition as they were delivered to you. We may ask you to provide some proof that the products were purchased from us, such as the customer receipt that was shipped with the original order.
Where a refund is agreed, we will credit your credit or debit card with the agreed refund amount.
